Shipping and Handling Charges - Most orders are shipped within 4 - 6 weeks from date of confirmation.
Once an order is shipped it generally arrives within 4 - 7 business days.
Domestic Orders - Continental US Shipping and Handling is a flat rate of $6.00 for all orders using USPS.
All Other Orders - Packages are shipped via Parcel Post Ground or Parcel Post Airmail. Shipping and handling costs are calculated at time of shipping and are based on weight and destination.
Insurance Charges - Insurance for orders under $100.00 is included in the handling charge. For packages totaling $100.00 plus, there will be an additional charge of $2.00 per $100.00 of additional value.
Customs Information - You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, I am not able to describe the contents in any other way.
Gift Service and Gift Wrap - I do offer gift services for some items and you may specify different items to be shipped to different addresses. Please send each gift address as a separate order. Due to high levels of internet fraud, if you are not an established customer and you are shipping a gift order to another address, you may be contacted to verify the gift order. I will send you a letter confirming the gift shipment with a copy of your billing statement.
Items can be shipped Gift Wrapped with a gift tag (Please contact me if you have your own card that you would like to send with it).
If you've ordered gift wrapping, please remember to type your message in the appropriate area of the order form. I can write up to a 20 word message on the gift card.
